2007 marks the 20th Anniversary of Radio New York International! To commemorate those five crazy days back in July of 1987, we present the final RNI transmission - Hank Hayes and Jim Nazium manning the helm for a six-hour test show that aired the evening of July 27, 1987. This is just a taste of what RNI could have been - fun, free-form entertainment, no formats, no constraints. Since this was a "test", we get a lot of music - but a lot of typical Hank and Jim insanity as well. Sadly, the dream would come to an abrupt end less than six hours later when the FCC would board The Sarah and shut RNI down for good (Part Two posed below). (stereo, unscoped - three hours)
